IT Support
At Mindspring Computing we offer both On-Site and Desktop IT Support depending on your requirements. This can be done on an ad-hoc basis or if needed on a more permanent basis where a Service Level Agreement will be drawn up.
Desktop Support
We have a skilled team based in-office who are able to assist clients remotely. This is done via TeamViewer or Anydesk.
On-site Support
We have a team of skilled engineers who provide on-site support at our client’s premises to support their computers and servers. We support all versions of Microsoft Windows, as both servers and workstations. We also have expertise in Linux.
